The Skinny

Ingredients

  • 4 chunks of Pineapple
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1 stick Celery (including the leaves)
  • 1 thumb of Ginger
  • 2 Handfuls Spinach
  • 6 Mint Leaves
  • Half a Lemon (peeled)

Method

Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until thick.
