We are seeking a Sous Chef with a minimum of two years of experience in the role to provide crucial support to our Head Chef in a high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to independently manage a shift. Ownership of reliable transportation is essential for this position.

For applicants who love admin, with a hospitality background. Strong attention to detail and payroll experience or working knowledge thereof is required.

Applicants must have their own transport, the availability to work on weekends and public holidays when needed. Needs to be deadline driven and always willing to go the extra mile. This is not a desk driven position.
