Trainer

Candidates must have restaurant and luxury brand experience. This is not an office-based position. The role entails on-the-job-training during service and thus shifts will vary. Applicants must have their own transport, be able to identify training needs in the business and have the capabilities to build a training plan for these needs and assist with the execution of the plan.

The role requires a comprehensive understanding of costings, financial control, and a commitment to staff training and development. We seek a creative individual with a keen awareness of cultivating teams and fostering the growth of staff from within.

Sous Chef

We are seeking a Sous Chef with a minimum of two years of experience in the role to provide crucial support to our Head Chef in a high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to independently manage a shift. Ownership of reliable transportation is essential for this position.
