We are seeking a talented Content Creator to join our marketing team. Human Resource Administrator

For applicants who love admin, preferably with a hospitality background (specifically restaurants). Strong attention to detail and payroll experience in VIP or working knowledge thereof is required. Applicants must have their own transport, the availability to work on weekends and public holidays when needed, be deadline driven and are always willing to go the extra mile.

We are looking for a self-motivated and self-disciplined individual.


Candidates must have restaurant and luxury brand experience. This is not an office-based position. The role entails on-the-job-training during service and thus shifts will vary. Applicants must have their own transport, be able to identify training needs in the business and have the capabilities to build a training plan for these needs and assist with the execution of the plan.

Head Chef 

Applicants must possess a strong understanding of management principles and demonstrate proficiency in leading a team, with a minimum of two years’ experience in the role of Head Chef. Strong leadership and effective team management skills are essential. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of costings, financial control, and a commitment to staff training and development. We seek a creative individual with a keen awareness of cultivating teams and fostering the growth of staff from within.

Sous Chef

We are seeking a Sous Chef with a minimum of two years of experience in the role to provide crucial support to our Head Chef in a high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to independently manage a shift. Ownership of reliable transportation is essential for this position.

General Manager – Atlantic Seaboard

We are looking for an all-rounder with the capability to effectively manage both Front of House (FoH) and Back of House (BoH) operations, dedicated to upholding Kove Collection’s high standards. The role involves ensuring the optimal satisfaction and retention of guests, delivering a memorable experience to all patrons. The successful candidate will be proficient at stock and staff management, demonstrating strong leadership skills to optimise team performance and drive revenue. A minimum of two years’ experience in the hospitality trade, including senior management experience, is a prerequisite for this position.
