For applicants who love admin, preferably with a hospitality background (specifically restaurants). Strong attention to detail and payroll experience in VIP or working knowledge thereof is required. Candidates must have restaurant and luxury brand experience. This is not an office-based position. The role entails on-the-job-training during service and thus shifts will vary. We are seeking a Sous Chef with a minimum of two years of experience in the role to provide crucial support to our Head Chef in a high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to independently manage a shift. Ownership of reliable transportation is essential for this position.
