Content Manager

We are looking someone who will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand narrative and assist with driving engagement across our digital platforms. An individual who is able to work closely with the marketing team and report directly to the marketing manager. As the content manager, you will be responsible for managing the content strategies and copy, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.

Head Chef 

Applicants must possess a strong understanding of management principles and demonstrate proficiency in leading a team, with a minimum of two years’ experience in the role of Head Chef. Strong leadership and effective team management skills are essential. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of costings, financial control, and a commitment to staff training and development. We seek a creative individual with a keen awareness of cultivating teams and fostering the growth of staff from within.

General Manager – Atlantic Seaboard

We are looking for an all-rounder with the capability to effectively manage both Front of House (FoH) and Back of House (BoH) operations, dedicated to upholding Kove Collection’s high standards. The role involves ensuring the optimal satisfaction and retention of guests, delivering a memorable experience to all patrons. The successful candidate will be proficient at stock and staff management, demonstrating strong leadership skills to optimise team performance and drive revenue. A minimum of two years’ experience in the hospitality trade, including senior management experience, is a prerequisite for this position.

Floor Manager – Atlantic Seaboard

Well presented with previous luxury brand experience – min of two years’ experience. To run the business in the absence of the General manager and have a sound all round understanding of all departments.

Sous Chef

We are seeking a Sous Chef with a minimum of two years of experience in the role to provide crucial support to our Head Chef in a high-pressure environment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to independently manage a shift. Ownership of reliable transportation is essential for this position.

Waiter

Essential for this role is previous experience in a similar environment. We are seeking a vibrant and energetic individual with a service-driven attitude and great knowledge in food and beverage.
