On 30th April 2026, Kove Collection’s Executive Chef and Group Mixologist bring that sensibility to Blanko at The Alphen, with a five-course journey through Japanese culinary tradition, each course paired with an artisanal cocktail crafted in the same spirit.

From tamago sando and dashi-buttered udon to torched eel onigiri, wagyu tataki, and a dessert course to close - this is Japanese 2.0: familiar at its roots, considered in every detail.
