This winter, The Supper Club returns with a thoughtfully curated dining experience hosted at Blanko. This event invites guests to explore the foundations of good cooking - salt, fat, acid and heat - through a refined four-course set menu with cocktail pairings prepared by our Executive Chef and Group Mixologist.

Inspired by the award-winning and best-selling book Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat by author Samin Nosrat and reinterpreted with Kove Collection’s attention to detail, each course demonstrates balance, where salt makes food taste more like itself, fat enhances flavour, acid brightens and heat transforms texture.
