Celebration is in the air with Kove Collection. The warmer season has landed and Cape Town is sparkling with new life. This month, we’re raising a glass to the reopening of Baptiste at The Marly, The Supper Club returns to Blanko with a flavour-filled spring cocktail edition and Global Champagne Day has us reaching for the bubbly.
Baptiste reopens to the public
Our rooftop bar and sunset lounge at The Marly in Camps Bay is now officially open to the public! Join us daily from noon until 10pm, weather permitting, with DJ Claudia Lovisa live on weekends from 4pm.
Serving fresh, handcrafted cocktails, perfectly chilled champagne, delectable small plates and sushi – with sprawling panoramic views.
The Supper Club Spring Edition
On Thursday 26 October, Blanko at The Alphen presents the Glenfiddich edition of The Supper Club. Spring flavours come to life as Kove Collection’s executive chef and head mixologist create a four-course menu paired with handcrafted whisky cocktails.
Champagne week with Laurent-Perrier
27 October is Global Champagne Day. We’ll be celebrating all week long with bubbles and oysters, from Friday 27 October until Thursday 2 November with Laurent-Perrier at Paranga, The Bungalow, Bobo’s, The Nines and Bilboa. Follow @kove_collection for updates.
