Chef's Specialities & Set Menus

As the temperature drops, our kitchens turn up the heat. Across the group, each restaurant has crafted its own take on winter comfort: wood-fired classics at Zenzero, ocean-fresh specialities at The Bungalow, Mediterranean flavours at Bilboa, and Italian coastal dishes at Figo. Several of our restaurants are also introducing new Seasonal Set Menus - two-or-three-courses of refined, cold-weather dishes, from slow-braised meats to fresh seafood - at Bobo's, Blanko, Figo and The Nines.
