Chef's Seasonal Specialities & Set Menus
As the temperature rises, our kitchens lighten up. Across Kove Collection, each restaurant has crafted its own take on summer dining: wood-fired classics at Zenzero, ocean-fresh specialities at The Bungalow, Mediterranean flavours at Bilboa, and Italian coastal dishes at Figo. Several of our restaurants are also introducing new Seasonal Set Menus - two or three courses of vibrant, warm-weather dishes, from chargrilled catch to fresh salads and citrus-forward plates - at Bobo's and Blanko. Whether you're after a laidback lunch by the sea, a golden-hour dinner in Constantia, or breakfast that lingers past 11, there's a table and a menu waiting. Lily's Chef's Specialities
Mouille PointThink Mushroom Grilled Cheese Benedict with truffle and poached eggs, Sriracha Honey Butter Chicken Tenders that hit sweet heat perfection, and a Crispy Chicken Salad loaded with peanut sesame dressing and edamame. The Titanic Meat Balls burger doesn't mess around: 200g beef, cheddar, all the fixings.

Station House, Sea PointMornings just got a whole lot better. Sonny and Irene’s chef specialities are here, served daily until 11:30. Turkish eggs with spiced lamb and chilli butter, halloumi fritters with butternut zhoug, and a smoked salmon toastie on brioche.

Camps BaySalmon Crudo with labneh, sumac and chilli. Grilled Chorizo & Prawn with romesco and zhoug. A Spiced Lamb Pasta that brings the heat with yoghurt, chilli and feta. And the Ribeye & Prawn doesn’t hold back, garlic, chilli, harissa butter, all in one plate.

The Alphen, ConstantiaWhole Grilled Baby Kingklip drenched in green olives and banga rossa. A Tomato & Parmesan-Crusted Ribeye stacked with burrata and yesterday's breadcrumbs. Porcini Carpaccio finished in truffle and citrus cream. Squid Fritti with a spicy bomba kick.

The Cole, Sea PointCrab tagliatelle, chargrilled baby kingklip with preserved lemon butter, or a seafood platter made for two. Figo’s summer chef ’s specialities have officially launched, bringing plenty to the table. Sweeping Atlantic views to match.

The Nines Chef's Specialities
Station House, Sea PointStart light with chargrilled citrus and burrata drizzled in coriander lavender honey, or our aged beef tartare with tonnato and crispy shallots. Then go big with the Porcini Fillet on the Bone, finished with truffle butter and beef jus, or keep it coastal with grilled crayfish in sofrito cream and tagliatelle with mussels in a saffron broth. And for the ones who know: the Steak au Poivre Wagyu Burger.

Camps BayKick things off with tempura crab claws and spicy aioli, grilled prawns with honey habanero pineapple, or hot honey chicken tenders for the table. Hungrier? Go for a whole grilled baby kingklip with roof-is-on-fire butter, or the sirloin & spicy garlic prawns. Fresh from the pizza oven, there’s a seafood pizza loaded with prawns, baby squid and mussels, plus the one everyone’s going to be talking about: the Pizza Dog.
