At Incognito, Thursday evenings are made to celebrate jazz on the edge of the Constantia greenbelt. From 2 July 2026, settle in for live jazz paired with Glenmorangie, Monkey Shoulder, Hennessy and Ardbeg whisky – enjoyed as bespoke cocktails or classic single serves.

Our resident DJ, Dino Michael, eases you into the evening before a rotating cast of renowned live jazz artists takes the floor at 19:30 – spinning through classic, contemporary and unexpected corners of the genre.

Alongside the music, our Group Mixologist has crafted an exclusive cocktail menu reimagining Glenmorangie, Monkey Shoulder, Hennessy and Ardbeg whisky into drinks with a contemporary edge – from sweet and smooth to bright and tart, each a celebration of the craft.
