22-28 February 2026Our bespoke Margarita Week returns to select Kove Collection establishments for one week only this February. Offering a handcrafted margarita menu with immersive flavours like elderflower, toasted coconut sherbert and chilli which have been paired with tequilas from iconic names such as Jose Cuervo, 1800 Tequila, Olmeca Altos, Espolòn, Herradura and Don Julio.
